What should I do if I am waiting for a seller's response?
Include the relevant order or inquiry reference when following up. Use any relevant platform support process according to its published scope.
How should I interpret a seller's deadline when the time zone is unclear?
Ask which timestamp the seller uses to assess timely submissions. Do not assume a cutoff extends because a page remains visible.
How can I describe a product problem without guessing its cause?
Keep the wording specific rather than simply saying everything is wrong. Use the seller's terminology only when you understand what it means.
